Scientific name: Coryphaena hippurus

 

Mahi-mahi a fish of many names, and even more culinary uses. Their flesh is white, firm, sweet and delicious when saut'ed, baked, broiled, or fried.

Mahi Mahi contains a great deal of Omega-3 fatty acids and serves as a source of essential Vitamins (such as B vitamins), Niacin.
